What is POS?
A: It is an acronym for Point-Of-Sale.  It is commonly used to describe equipment used for             
    electronically processing credit/debit cards.

What do I need to get started processing credit or debit card payments?
A: You need an electronic credit card terminal or a manual imprinter and a merchant account.

What is a merchant account?
A: It is an account that allows merchants to accept credit, debit and other forms of electronic
payment.

How do I get a merchant account?
A: You can apply online with our free, no obligation merchant account pre-application.  Or you
can call us and we will mail you a merchant account application.

How and when do I get my money?
A: The money is deposited directly into your business bank account, usually within 2 days.

What is a discount rate?
A: All processors charge a discount rate.  This is the percentage that is kept by the
processor every month on your transactions. For instance, if you process $1000 in a
month and your discount rate is 1.92%, then the processor would keep $19.20 for
processing that $1000 of charges.

What is a transaction fee?
A: This is a fee that is charged per transaction.  This is typically 30 cents per transaction.

What is your Shipping Policy
A:  All orders are shipped plus freight unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges will be
calculated at time of order. If your order is placed on a weekday, we will make every effort to
process and ship it on the same day. However, we cannot guarantee same day shipping on
orders received after 2:00pm central time. If you have special shipping needs, please be sure to
note it on your order.  We will make every effort to accommodate you.

What is your Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy
A:  Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. In order to qualify for refund, return or exchange the
following conditions must be met:

1. Merchandise must be received within 30 days of the original order date.

2. All packages must be sent prepaid freight with a copy of the original invoice enclosed.

3. All merchandise must be received complete in its original packaging in re-saleable condition  
   and must include all parts, accessories and manuals.

4. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
