Special Service Systems was founded in 1973. In 1974, we designed a process by which we
were able to control and track the movement and remanufacturing of portable assets, such as
credit card imprinters that were deployed in petroleum retail stations worldwide.

In the early to mid eighties, Special Service Systems expanded it's services to include
electronic Point Of Sale (POS) equipment and expanded it's market to the financial industry.

In the mid nineties, Special Service Systems began development of it's own product, the
PetroSmart ® terminal.  The PetroSmart was a revolutionary idea that was readily accepted by
several major oil companies.

Throughout it's 30 plus years, Special Service Systems has offered high quality equipment,
supplies and services to a broad segment of retail, restaurant and financial customers.

Special Service Systems, Inc. draws on its longevity and experience in the credit card industry. It
has a strong customer base and a management team with technical knowledge and industry
maturity.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped plus freight unless otherwise noted. Shipping charges will be calculated
at time of order. If your order is placed on a weekday, we will make every effort to process and
ship it on the same day. However, we cannot guarantee same day shipping on orders received
after 2:00pm central time. If you have special shipping needs, please be sure to note it on your
order.  We will make every effort to accommodate you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. In order to qualify for refund, return or exchange the
following conditions must be met:

1. Merchandise must be received within 30 days of the original order date.

2. All packages must be sent prepaid freight with a copy of the original invoice enclosed.

3. All merchandise must be received complete in its original packaging in re-saleable condition
    and must include all parts, accessories and manuals.

4. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
