RDM EC6014F
Dependable Merchant Check Reader
The EC6014F is RDM's proprietary Progressive MICR Method. The
Progressive MICR Method is an RDM innovation that allows the imagers to
scan the MICR line and capture the image in a single pass with unsurpassed
accuracy. The 'single pass' capability of the EC6014F has enabled it to read
and process the MICR line in under two seconds while performing substitute
prevention and reject repair. For maximum recognition, performance, and
accuracy the EC6014F can also be equipped with OCR MICR assist. As well
as magnetically reading the MICR line, OCR MICR assist will optically read the
MICR line improving EC6000i's read rate to virtually 100%. RDM's
Progressive MICR Method and optional OCR MICR assist firmly establishes
the EC6014f as the industry leader in MICR read accuracy.
